The Orthera Active men’s orthotic insert is designed to give you the support you need to stay in the game longer. Our orthotic inserts are biomechanically engineered to reduce excess foot movement and help keep your body running like a well-oiled machine.

As an athlete, it’s important that you are in top form. Whether you are running a marathon or simply jogging around the block, the Orthera Active orthotic insert was created to help you perform at your best.

Orthera Active orthotic inserts are built on a rear-foot post which is designed to yield added lateral support for maximum performance, while the FirmFlex ™ core helps to keep your arches from collapsing. In addition, the ultra-soft cushion is designed to absorb shocks to help you run for longer periods of time. The deep heel cup will control your heel movement, while the orthotic insert’s anti-microbial cover will stand up to even your toughest workouts. Lastly, the suede bottom cover forms a protective lining, which has been designed to be slip resistant inside your shoe, reducing wear and tear.

The Orthera Active orthotic insert is designed to fit inside any athletic, tennis or casual footwear with removable insoles. Although the Orthera Active insert comes in four different sizes, it is sometimes necessary to trim the insert to fit into your footwear.

Plantar Fasciitis gone

This order is for my second pair of your active men's inserts. I had a severe
case of plantar fasciitis and bought my first pair of inserts at Costco. Within
about a month my foot condition was reversed with no pain. I play tennis about 7
times a week and won't play without your inserts. Plantar fasciitis has not reoccured since I started using your active mens inserts.

WOW. Thats the best way to describe these. Several years ago I had orthetics prof. made at a cost of well over $200. Thay broke and I could not afford to have another set made. I was at Cotco the other day and saw your product there and for $30 I decided to give them a chance.Again WOW. Other than saving a ton of money you can not tell the differance. Thank You Ray

My son plays several sports in high school, has very flat arches, and ankle issues. Found these at Costco (by accident) - they changed his life.he is faster, more confident and it changed his posture too. Amazing

I bought these at costco. I put them in my work boots and took out the the ones that my podiatrist prescribed to me, at about 400.00 bucks, which never really got rid of my pain. The first time I started walking in them I could feel the difference. My plantar fasciitis is going away and I actually can walk faster. Thanks for a great product, at great price and made in the USA!
No more smelly snickers

Got my orthotics last month before Christmas, bought them at costco. I use the same tennis shoes to do my daily workout, 5 days a week; on top of being super comfortable I no longer am concerned about removing my shoes in the locker room, there is no smell coming out of tennis shoes.

Stocking stuffer from my wife, BEST GIFT EVER! After a hard days work my overall body feels tired, but as I take off my shoes my feet are not, no discomfort, no pain, no aches, just awesome.
Had mine for over a month and love them . . .

I got my orthotics about a month ago at COSTCO.
I can be on my feet for 14-16 hours per day; after a week of wearing my orthotics I no longer had foot pain at night when I remove my shoes. The fit of these orthotics is great, I like the support and comfort they add to my shoes.

This product just changed my life. I've been able to go out jogging once again, without the usual pain. The enjoyment is simply back.
